Born named Guadalupe in Bolivia, South America, destiny stepped in for Nila at the age of nine years old, when she was sent to America for a better life. Raised by a loving family in Minnesota a strange place, food and language. All so different, the hardest part was missing her family. There were many nights spent crying for some familiar smell or touch. Drawing and playing with color took this pain away. Took her to places of home and places of magic, love and joy. Creativity was her chosen language which took her to study art in college. A fine artist and creative director has been her way of life. Many of her painting have sold and are appreciated all over the US and abroad. Each painting is always infused with love to bring harmony to the home or business. Nila’s journey is at an amazing place, it is a dream that she has had for a long time. It is about sharing and collaboration with another person in this beautiful dance with color, paint, vibration and spirit.
